What was it like to be a Viking? What did it take to live in the Middle Ages? We’re hoping students at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and the Green Bay community will find out soon enough.
What happens when “creative anachronists” (re-enactors) decide they want to learn about the Vikings? They build a Viking home on their property! This is exactly what happened over the last decade in Stratford, Wisconsin. And now, the proud owners of this house have decided they want to donate the building to the UWGB campus so that others can continue to learn from it.
